One of the nation’s leading mid-market commercial real estate executives, Douglas K. Mandel joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004. He leads a team offering multiple specialties, including the marketing and sale of office, industrial, and retail assets. In addition to servicing his clients throughout the state of Florida, Mr. Mandel focuses on expanding the Capital Markets platform nationally and is a founding member of the firm’s Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) team, which bridges opportunities between private and institutional investors.
In his 20-year career, Mr. Mandel has closed over 400 transactions with an aggregate total in excess of $4 billion in value. His clients include many of the region’s and nation’s industry leading real estate companies, such as the Adler Group, Berkeley Partners, Blue Vista Capital Management, CarVal Investors, Bristol Group, Butters Realty, COFE Properties, DRA Advisors, Duke Realty, IP Capital Partners, Praedium Group, PS Business Parks, Real Capital Solutions, Ryan Companies, Stiles Realty, TA Associates Realty and Taurus Investment Group.
Mr. Mandel has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent since 2004. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.
